Plastic Logic make flexible e-ink displays, they asked us to create the ‘i-pod of books’.
We conducted user research in early adopter markets (New York, London and San Francisco) to guide the early design thinking. After analysis we created a user intention framework which helped us identify product opportunities and develop new product concepts, including the creation of hardware, software interactivity and broader services necessary to make the launch of the product successful.
